General:
All goods remain the property of Re-sales Ltd. until they are fully paid for.
Re-sales Ltd. will not be liable for any consequence that a late delivery may cause or be held liable for any losses (financial or data) due to equipment supplied by us, failing.
Printers are supplied without consumables i.e. toner, cartridges,
ribbons etc. We do endeavour to supply partly used consumables
for test purposes.
Tested equipment has passed a Portable Appliance Test
Hard disk drives will be supplied free or errors
Warranty:
The warranty period of all items sold is clearly stated on the
invoice. The warranty period begins from the invoice date. We
offer no on-site warranty or technical support. Warranty returns
are solely undertaken on the basis that the goods should be returned
to us during the warranty period (at the expense of the buyer)
for examination. Repair or a replacement will be offered providing
that the failure was not attributable to wilful damage or caused
by improper use. If a replacement under warranty is necessary,
we do not guarantee that we will be able to supply the exact model.
In such cases, we reserve the right to provide a substitute item
with similar technical specifications, external condition and
age.
All products sold on the understanding that they are untested
or for spares/repair have no warranty.
The majority of warranty returns are attributable to damage suffered during transit, so please sign UNCHECKED when you receive any 3rd party delivery from us as this will make a possible claim easier. Then, check your equipment promptly. This is vital if a delivery company has been used, as they only entertain claims for damage made within 72 hours after delivery. Re-sales Ltd. reserves the right to reject claims in respect of damage in transit or non-delivery 72 hours after the due date of delivery.

Cheque - please allow 4-5 working days for clearance
Bank transfer - please allow 3- 5 working days for clearance.
Cash on collection from our warehouse in Portsmouth (prior appointment only).
Without prior argeement, full payment (cleared funds) must be received by Re-sales Ltd before goods can be shipped or collected. We accept payment by account (subject to approval)
These conditions of sale shall be construed in accordance with
English law.
